- 6 red potatoes
- 2-3 cloves of minced garlic
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp minced gardenia peppers
Directions
- Boil potatoes with the skin on. Cool and then peel.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill and serve.
